Graciela Lotharius is a nonspeaking autistic writer, poet, and advocate based in Georgia. She communicates using alternative methods such as an alphabet board.

Her work has been featured in publications including Poetry Northwest and The Listening World, where she shares her experiences to challenge misconceptions about neurodivergence and communication.

Through her writing, she advocates for greater understanding, inclusion, and recognition of diverse communication styles.
