Isaiah T. Grewal

Nonspeaking autistic advocate and researcher studying communication and brain function.
Isaiah is a Trainee in the Stony Brook Medicine Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Fellowship Program and a Neurodiversity and Disability Specialist at Bened Life. In addition to TYPE, he works on research teams at the Kennedy Krieger Institute (affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine), the University of Toronto, and the Stony Brook Medicine School of Social Welfare.
He holds an Undergraduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School and appears in the award-winning short film LISTEN, produced by Communication First.
